Save the Date! Our next CCCWM Career Fair will be at HCC on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 from 11 AM-1:30 PM
Regrettably, due to the ongoing Covid-19 (coronavirus) the 2020 CCCWM Career Fair has been canceled.
While this annual fair is of deep value to our students and alumni from the eight consortium colleges and universities, the health and well-being of all constituents involved is paramount.

Holyoke Community College, Bartley Center, 303 Homestead Avenue, Holyoke, MA 01040 Canceled! Registration Fee: Event is canceled!!!
$150 for non-profits/ $250 for profit organizations - includes a display table, two chairs, parking, coffee and buffet lunch for two representatives. ($25 for each additional lunch/ representative.). Registration will close on Saturday, February 15, 2020. All registrations with an outstanding balance will be assessed an additional $50.00 charge.

Whatare the next steps?
In the coming days, please watch for your credit card to be refunded in the amount that you paid. If you paid for the fair via check, you will be refunded via check made payable to your respective organization/agency which will be mailed to your attention. The refund check will come from Springfield College wherethe treasury account for the CCCWM consortium is housed. Due to the number of manual checks that will need to be refunded and disseminated, while being cognizant of our College's check-cut date cycles and deadlines, please kindly understand that this reimbursement process may take a few business cycles to complete. Again though, please rest assure that you will be refunded in the coming weeks. Once you receive the check, please provide the check to the appropriate personnel/department within your respective organization/agency for deposit. We cannot send e-checks or other electronic payment reimbursements.
As your positions and hiring needs are very important to us, please feel free to send your opportunities and announcements that you would have announced at the fair to our eight-college/university consortium's general email account: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then disseminate your listings accordingly to the department heads at each consortium institution. Please be advised that if you are already posting to our electronic job boards at any of our institutions or you are currently sending them to us via other modes, continue onward in that fashion.
Lastly, we ask that you forward this information to all members of your team who were supposed to also attend the fair with you in the event that someone was accidentally missed on our email distribution list or were nor listed originally on the fair's registration form.
